A 1:1 coaching system built on the fundamentals of training, nutrition and recovery. This level focuses on building consistency in both body and mind through simple, sustainable practices that support long-term change.
The emphasis is on improving strength, body composition, managing pain and injury, and establishing a healthier relationship with food, movement, and routine. Everything is designed to bring you back to basics — and build them properly.
You’ll receive structured guidance, ongoing support, and accountability to help you stabilise habits, improve daily function, and create a solid physical and mental foundation to grow from.
Minimum term: 12 weeks

Price: $250 AUD per week.
Payment Terms: Deposit equal to 2 weeks of coaching upfront (deducted from total). Remaining balance via direct bank transfer (ABN).
